I hate to say summer is a great time for yakiniku, because really every time is a great time for yakiniku.  In the winter the fire warms, in the summer it can be done outside in the cool, and in the between you may use your imagination: cherry blossoms.  Need I say more?  Here are a few ideas for quick meat/vegetable dishes you might find courtesy of www.CookingInJapan.com.  For your dining delight I present:
